Out of Hours Service
Ponthafren is open every Wednesday evening between the hours of 6:00pm - 9:00pm. There is a rolling programme of activities for these Wednesday evenings which will be as follows:
- 1st Weds of the month ~ Bring & Share Meal with Peer Support Group. Andre Hutchinson form the local Community Mental Health team will be volunteering her time to help facilitate this with the help of other volunteers;
- 2nd Weds of the month ~ Relaxation therapies with foot & hand massage provided by Angie;
- 3rd Weds of the month ~ Solution Focused Therapy Sessions with Andre;
- 4th Weds of the month ~ Assertiveness workshop facilitated by Sharon Jenkins;
- 5th Weds of the month (if & when this occurs!) ~ One off workshops. We welcome ideas from members.
- Staff will be on hand for support & advice for those who are in crisis;
- Staff will be available for telephone consultation
- New members always welcome.
