Websters
After a recent course on Web Design supported by Co-op Community Dividend Scheme the Websters group have updated Ponthafren's website. Visit Web Album produced Jan's Catalogue of some of the products made by the Arty Crafter and Woodworking Groups; The Art Group have produced some beautiful work - which has been framed and is on show in the various rooms of Ponthafren. Websters are part of the Public Relations Group which meets on a Thursday evening from 7 - 9pm to learn computing skills and produce various media to promote Ponthafren.
Film Makers
A film entitled "An Insight into Ponthafren" was produced by the group following a course funded by Open Minds, Coleg Harlech WEA. Tutor Damien Archer worked tirelessly to help us produce story boards, shoot the footage and edit. Thanks to Steve Jones for adding his professional touch and providing the narration.
Animations
Great fun was had in the Animation workshop led by Jim Elliott of Film 15. Participants produced a range of projects and these, together with the film were shown at Ponthafren's AGM.
