Mo Lane Memorial Football Match raises money for Ponthafren

An amazing £800 has been raised in a Charity Football Match in memory of Maurice Lane. Mo, as he was known, has been described as a great coach, a great person and a club legend at Kerry Football Club.

Ponthafren would like to thank Pam Lane, Mo's wife, for bringing this cheque into us. Pam and the club felt it fitting that this money should be used helping the local community and those in need in the area.

The money raised at the event has been shared between Ponthafren, Marie Curie and Sepsis.

Ponthafren is grateful to all those who donate to us, but we are doubly so when that is a part of a celebration of someone's life. Especially someone so beloved in the local community. This was such a wonderful way to remember Mo.
