My name is Sarah and I'm the Blended Online CBT Practitioner. Which means I get to offer people six fortnightly sessions of support and encouragement to promote positive changes to create the life they want alongside the programme. In a book somewhere I read "you have to give up the hope for a better past, but you can hope to have a better future" - life can feel hard and unfair at times, but I am passionate about helping people who feel left out, left behind or stuck, hopefully enabling them to better their lives for the future.
