Do you feel anger controls you?

It's okay to feel angry, but you can learn ways of expressing anger in a healthy and positive way rather than an unhealthy, unacceptable and negative way. 

Anger can be a problem if it is hurting you or those around you. It can cause you to form destructive patterns and can have a negative impact on your mental health and physical health.

Anger isn't always a 'bad' emotion; it can often be useful. Feeling angry about something can help us recognise problems or things that are hurting us.
