Through Ponthafren, you can now access a blended online CBT service that was previously only available through a GP referral.

This blended service combines the support of a practitioner every 2 weeks with a range of online courses designed to help you re-approach your life through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques.

To start the process, all you have to do is complete Ponthafren’s referral form and tick “Blended Online CBT”. From there, one of our team will be in touch with you to discuss the programme in more detail.
