Local companies run Welshpool 10K for Ponthafren

Lowfield Timber Frames Ltd and SJ Roberts Construction will be sponsoring, supporting and running in the Welshpool 10K for Ponthafren on Sunday 26th March 2023.
Ponthafren wishes all competitors and organisers lots of luck and we thank you for your huge fundraising efforts. All money raised will be used to support local people who may be struggling with their mental health.
The event held by Adrenaline Sporting Events is one of a number of events held annually more information can be found at www.adrenalinesportingevents.co.uk. Physical exercise is a great way to increase positive mental health so take a look.
